All astrology consultations, horoscope readings, and spiritual guidance services are personalized and based on the information provided by the client. Due to the time, effort, and expertise involved, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been delivered.
Astrology is a spiritual and interpretative practice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or life changes. Therefore, dissatisfaction with predictions or outcomes does not qualify for a refund.
A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment made by mistake
Payment deducted but service not delivered
Technical error from our side preventing service completion
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
If you wish to cancel a booked consultation, you must inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may not be eligible for refund.
All payments made for services are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted against other services unless approved by Astro Anugraham.
